If plans
change

Payment is due at the time of booking
to secure your space.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’
notice will be charged in full.

No IOUS. No goats.

Sadly no payment in sourdough
starters.

Booking your
place

If you need to change your booking
please give me at least 48 hours’ notice.

I’ll always do my best to find an
alternative time.

Not because I’m being awkward.

Because once your space has been
reserved, I usually can’t fill it at
short notice.

When the
weather wins

Hot weather. Storms. Ice. Flooding.

If conditions aren’t safe or fair for
dogs or humans, sessions may be
rescheduled or move location.

No class is more important than
your dog’s welfare.

You’ll always get as much notice
as possible.

Helping everyone stay safe

Please do

  • Bring water for your dog

  • Pick up after your dog

  • Tell me about any health
    issues or concerns

  • Ask questions - there
    are no silly ones

  • Listen to instructions
    (they’re there for a
    reason)

Please don’t

  • Let dogs greet without
    permission

  • Bring dogs who are unwell

  • Use equipment we’ve
    agreed not to use

  • Leave children
    unsupervised

  • Ignore your dog’s body
    language
